Vinayak Kariappa Chettimada baef416d5d Bluetooth: controller: Added Periodic Sync Terminate and Sync Lost 
Added implementation to perform Periodic Sync Terminate,
generation of Sync Lost on terminate and on remote device
termination of Periodic Advertising.
