David B. Kinder 6a7527b5b4 doc: add labels to sensor sample docs for linking 
Docs need a label at the top so we can use :ref:`labelname`
to create a link to that doc from other docs.

BMC150 Magnetometer Sample

Overview
********

Sample application that periodically reads magnetometer (X, Y, Z) data from
the first available device that implements SENSOR_CHAN_MAGN_* (predefined array
of device names).
