The script left empty lines below ARG_UNUSED. After this patch,
```c
static int f(const struct device *dev)
{
ARG_UNUSED(dev);
/* code */
...
}
```
will become:
```c
static int f(void)
{
/* code */
...
}
```
instead of:
```c
static int f(void)
{
/* code */
...
}
```
