Vincenzo Frascino 6be2a81ae4 clock_control: Add Beetle clock_control ... This patch adds the clock_control implementation for the ARM LTD Beetle platform. The main features enabled are: * Clock on and off in ACTIVE, SLEEP and DEEPSLEEP mode. * PLL support (freq: 12, 36, 48 Mhz). The integration with the existing drivers will be done in future patches.
