Piotr Pryga 98b11ee95c Bluetooth: host: Fix data type of advertising set handle 
Change type of advertising set handle to 8 bit to comply with
Bluetooth Core spec. type.
Fixes wrong usage of adv. set handle variable in function
bt_le_per_adv_set_param.
