Jukka Rissanen 074b5f2ca0 shell: backend: websocket: Fix socket service creation 
The NET_SOCKET_SERVICE_SYNC_DEFINE_STATIC() macro was changed
earlier but the compilation error was missed. Fixing the macro
call.
