Kumar Gala 96ea7ab7d1 libc: minimal: Fix handling of %f conversion specifiers for inf & nan
The C standard says that %f should use '[-]inf' or '[-]infinity' (which
style is implementation defined) for infinity handling and '[-]nan' for
NaN.

We where adding a '+' and had the wrong case for 'inf' and 'nan'.

Before -> After

+INF -> inf
-INF -> -inf
 NaN -> nan

Title: sprintf() APIs

Description:

This test verifies that sprintf() and its variants operate as expected.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Building and Running Project:

This project outputs to the console. It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make run

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Troubleshooting:

Problems caused by out-dated project information can be addressed by
issuing one of the following commands then rebuilding the project:

    make clean # discard results of previous builds
                        # but keep existing configuration info
or
    make pristine # discard results of previous builds
                        # and restore pre-defined configuration info
