Vinayak Kariappa Chettimada 4b6d3f1e16 Bluetooth: Controller: Fix missing conn update ind PDU validation 
Fix missing validation of Connection Update Ind PDU. Ignore
invalid connection update parameters and force a silent
local connection termination.
