Krzysztof Chruscinski 57a893dc0d testsuite: ztest: Use STRINGIFY in ZTEST_SUITE 
Using macro which will resolve complex SUITE_NAME. Without
it wrong name was assigned when SUITE_NAME was consists of
concatenated defines.
