Erwan Gouriou 18ae799b73 drivers/ethernet: dwmac_stm32h7x: use new pinctrl API 
Use the new pinctrl API to configure pins.

Additionally, rename eth0_pins to eth0_pcfg to better fit
new pinctrl API.
