Allan Stephens 9d0c28b892 Remove unnecessary sample project use of CONTEXT_MONITOR ... Revises boot time benchmarking project so it doesn't utilize the CONTEXT_MONITOR capabililty, which is still [EXPERIMENTAL] and thus could result in potentially misleading results. Revises ARM M3/4 ISR installation project, which doesn't actual require the CONTEXT_MONITOR capability.
