Pavel Vasilyev d0a660c87c tests: bluetooth: mesh: Update BT_MESH_LPN_RECV_DELAY default value 
Update the default value of BT_MESH_LPN_RECV_DELAY to align with new
lower boundary for legacy advertiser.
