Niranjhana N fbb6cb4fdd tests: ip-addr: convert to ztest 
- replaced test points with ztest APIs wherever possible
- replaced CONFIG_MAIN_STACK_SIZE with CONFIG_ZTEST_STACKSIZE
  in config file, reduced the size by half
