Jonathan Nilsen 38e60025b0 boards: nordic: nrf54h20dk: refactor RAM memory map
Refactor the default RAM memory map on nrf54h20dk:

Removes use of "nordic,owned-memory" which is no longer needed on
nrf54h20. Reserved memory nodes that were under "nordic,owned-memory"
have been moved directly under reserved-memory.

The memory shared between cpuapp-cpusec and cpurad-cpusec in RAM0x
is no longer used with IronSide, since IPC buffers toward the secure
domain are at new fixed locations. The cpuapp_data region
has been expanded to fill the available space in RAM0x when removing
these shared memory regions.

Overview
********
A simple example that demonstrates how relocation of code, data or bss sections
using a custom linker script.

Differently from the code relocation sample, this sample is relocating the
content of the ext_code.c file to a different FLASH section and the code is XIP
directly from there without the need to copy / relocate the code. All other code
(e.g. main(), Zephyr kernel) stays in the internal flash.

nRF5340 DK platform instructions
********************************

The nRF5340 DK has a 64 Mb external flash memory supporting Quad SPI. It is
mapped to 0x10000000.

To build and flash the application (including the external memory part):
