Baohong Liu d45eab2a7c drivers: Quark flash support 
Quark flash sub-driver. It is based on the QMSI driver.

In order to enable this driver, the following options
must be set.

CONFIG_QMSI_DRIVERS
CONFIG_QMSI_INSTALL_PATH
CONFIG_FLASH
CONFIG_SOC_FLASH_QMSI
