Carles Cufi 3318ad3dfb doc: kernel: Fix invalid use of K_NO_WAIT 
K_THREAD_DEFINE can no longer use K_NO_WAIT to specify the delay after
the timer API rework. Fix the documentation to use 0 and add a note.

Fixes #25697.
