Anas Nashif 4e854f7a09 ci: run bug snapshot daily ... Store bug stats on a daily basis and keep original workflow behavior triggered manually in place. Daily snapshots will be stored under daily/ folder and separate from manual snapshots. The daily snapshots will be used for more granular analytics of github issues over time.
