Mahesh Mahadevan 7ad4eb4e40 drivers: eth_mcux: Update to match changes to the SDK driver 
1. Merged the single/multiple ring(s) APIs, now these APIs
can handle both which requires passing a ring id.
2. Updated timestamp handling to match the new timestamp
implementation in the SDK driver.
