Tobias Pisani 66af846010 drivers: ti: bq274xx: Do not wait for device on init when lazy-loading ... Before communicating with the device, the driver needs to wait 300ms. This moves all communication with the device from init to configure, such that this delay can be avoided on startup by using zephyr,lazy-load.
