Johan Hedberg ac844cf687 Bluetooth: Remove misleading NBLE mentions from sample README files ... The README files provided with the samples contain references to NBLE, which is not a publicly supported solution for Bluetooth. Simply remove these files. If the need arises to provide application-specific information in the future we can add back per-application README files.
