Daniel Leung 86a63627b0 tests: kernel/queue: config overlay for intel_adsp/ace30_ptl 
This sets CONFIG_MAX_THREAD_BYTES to 3 as the tests need a few
more bits to build for board intel_adsp/ace30_ptl.
