Baohong Liu db20723da2 samples: bmi160: code clean up 
Remove CONFIG_BMI160_TRIGGER_SOURCE_GPIO from prj config
file. It is not being used any more.

Also change CONFIG_STDOUT_CONSOLE to CONFIG_PRINTK. The
whole sample is using printk instead of printf.
