Peter Mitsis 65e817b94a Inline expansion of ChReqSizeLeft() ... The name of the private internal function ChReqSizeLeft() refers to the obsolete "channels" name. Furthermore, given both its infrequent use and its size, it is simpler to expand it inline and get rid of the function altogether.
