Emil Gydesen 65b5db6e3a Bluetooth: ISO: Rename ISO_INTERVAL_MIN/MAX 
Rename the BT_ISO_INTERVAL_MIN/MAX to
BT_ISO_SDU_INTERVAL_MIN/MAX to avoid confusing this
the the ISO interval which is different from the SDU
interval.
