Gerard Marull-Paretas a202341958 devices: constify device pointers initialized at compile time
Many device pointers are initialized at compile and never changed. This
means that the device pointer can be constified (immutable).

Automated using:

```
perl -i -pe 's/const struct device \*(?!const)(.*)= DEVICE/const struct
device *const $1= DEVICE/g' **/*.c
```

STM32 VBat Sensor
#################

Overview
********

This sample reads the Vbat from the STM32 Internal
Sensor and displays the results.

Building and Running
********************

In order to run this sample, make sure to enable ``stm32_vbat`` node in your
board DT file or with a board overlay in the samples/sensor/stm32_temp_sensor/boards :

    stm32_vbat: stm32vbat {
        compatible = "st,stm32-vbat";
        io-channels = <&adc1 14>;
        ratio = <3>;

    };


Enable the corresponding ADC, with the correct vref value (in mV)
