Kumar Gala 3f8ba07b90 usb_device: remove Kconfig.defconfig* setting of usb device drivers 
Now that usb device drivers are enabled based on devicetree
we need to remove any cases of them getting enabled by
Kconfig.defconfig* files as this can lead to errors.
