Kumar Gala 81d904554a boards: Change defconfigs to use CONFIG_MP_MAX_NUM_CPUS 
Move to using CONFIG_MP_MAX_NUM_CPUS in defconfig as we phase
out CONFIG_MP_NUM_CPUS.
