CONFIG_TEST_HW_STACK_PROTECTION is set by default in tests, and that one selects HW_STACK_PROTECTION option. Therefore, we do not need to set that one explicitly in the test project configuration files. We clean up some redundant occurrences of CONFIG_HW_STACK_PROTECTION=y from the tree.
