Main changes:

 - Cleanups & refactoring to the native controller code
 - Support for cross-transport pairing from BR/EDR to LE
 - Fix potential deadlock in TX fiber when disconnecting
 - Initial skeleton for the Hands-Free Profile (HFP)
 - Fix to Resolvable Private Address (RPA) updates
 - Added flow control support to RFCOMM
