Vincent Wan 669c66b551 tests: arm: fix arm_irq_vector_table to plug rtc_isr for CC13x2/CC26x2 ... Given the RTC is used for system clock, we need to plug its interrupt to avoid an exception that would occur if it is left unhandled.
