Stephanos Ioannidis 58cecdad74 tests: lib: cmsis_dsp: support: Update F32 tests for 1.9.0 
This commit updates the support F32 test patterns and implementations
for the CMSIS-DSP 1.9.0.

Note that the spline interpolation feature has been moved from the
'Support' module to the new 'Interpolation' module.
