Aytürk Düzen 55bc3acf58 tests: bluetooth: tester: make hci_ipc confs generic for multi-core 
nrf5340_hci_ipc.conf and nrf5340_hci_ipc_cpunet.conf were board specific
rename them for generic multi-core board support
