Benjamin Walsh 43592b1127 x86/debug: GDB server needs to handle some exceptions ... GDB server needs ownership of some exceptions to display information when taking a fatal exception (DIVIDE_ERROR, PAGE_FAULT). Introduce a Kconfig option that can work for any debugger.
