Szymon Janc 542bb9cc34 Bluetooth: Fix disconnect command in shell application ... Disconnect command is special since it is also used for cancelling outgoing connection. Due to this is might be called with default_conn set to NULL. To avoid conditional unref always pick extra reference from default_conn for local use.
