Dominik Ermel 0c290864d7 mgmt/mcumgr/lib: Remove no longer needed mgmt_streamer_trim_front 
Special function for supporting various types of buffers,
via provided callbacks, is no longer needed when net_buf is the
only type of transport buffer used by mcumgr.
