Peter Mitsis 53af19050d timer: Remove deprecated routines 
Removes the following deprecated routines:
	nano_cycle_get_32()
	task_cycle_get_32()
	fiber_cycle_get_32()
	isr_cycle_get_32()

Those routines have all been replaced by sys_cycle_get_32().
