Vinayak Kariappa Chettimada f4eb03c538 Bluetooth: controller: Rename BT_LL_SW to BT_LL_SW_LEGACY 
Rename the controller Kconfig option BT_LL_SW to
BT_LL_SW_LEGACY in preparation towards switch to new Link
Layer implementation.
