Juan Manuel Cruz 808e5c4ba0 Fixes to Kbuild to build on ARM architecture. ... This commit fixes issues to allow build on ARM architecture. - It fixes the include paths in Makefiles. - It fixes the include path for the offsets.c compilation. - It fixes the linker command. This changes is needed because gcc ARM cross-compiler does not accept an AT() command without specifing an address explicitly. This corner case appears on ARM architectures when XIP is disabled.
