Adding bt_tester app build with Twister for frdm_rw612 board Fix failing tests/samples due to unsufficent MPU ressources by releasing unnecessary MPU regions. Twister builds added on peripheral/central ht and enabled Power manager on those examples to cover the CI builds with PM enabled.
