Benjamin Walsh 0f5607a211 microkernel: rename _k_init_node() to _k_init_dynamic() ... It was badly named: this routine initializes what cannot be done statically, i.e. what has to be done dynamically. We also do not have concepts of "node" anymore since the kernel is single-node only.
