Johan Hedberg 39a6c7df9b Bluetooth: Enable controller to host flow control in HCI init ... To start supporting controller to host flow control we need to tell the controller our supported packet count & MTU and send the enabling HCI command. This patch does the necessary addition to the HCI init procedure.
