Andrew Boie 0fe789ff2e kernel: add k_msgq_alloc_init() ... User mode can't be trusted to provide a memory buffer to k_msgq_init(). Introduce k_msgq_alloc_init() which allocates the buffer out of the calling thread's resource pool and expose that as a system call instead.
