Vinayak Kariappa Chettimada 7fff64f65a tests: Bluetooth: bsim: Assign BT_CTLR_ADV_DATA_LEN_MAX value 
Assign BT_CTLR_ADV_DATA_LEN_MAX value to 255 to match the
corresponding BT_CTLR_SCAN_DATA_LEN_MAX value.
