Dmitriy Korovkin c83d58c6e1 Add compiler dependent headers for test inline assembler code In order to better support different compilers, each test that uses inline assembler, includes a compiler specific header file that contains the proper code. Title: test_static_idt

Description:

This test verifies that the static IDT feature operates as expected.

Building and Running Project:

This microkernel project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make pristine
    make microkernel.qemu
