Shihao Shen 21cac03b7c tests: subsys: test cases for soc power management ... Add a generic test case for SoC power management when supported. Results in CPU to enter sleep/deep sleep in single/multi thread cases. It uses hook to track entry/exit to sleep state. It calculates sleep/deep sleep latency.
