Fabio Baltieri 3a66b3853e drivers,test: use the new DT_FOREACH_PROP_ELEM_SEP 
Use the new DT_FOREACH_PROP_ELEM_SEP macro instead of
DEVICE_DT_GET(DT_PHANDLE_BY_IDX(...)).
