Gerard Marull-Paretas 22fe2142f0 pm: policy: use DEFAULT/CUSTOM naming ... The residency policy, is in reality, influences by other parameters for example constraints. It has been renamed to "DEFAULT" policy to make it more general. The "APP" policy has been renamed to "CUSTOM" to better represent its purpose.
