Valerio Setti 3fa522c720 tests/samples: remove ENTROPY_GENERATOR from BT related tests/samples ... Since now Mbed TLS automatically selects ENTROPY_GENERATOR (or the test generator, depending on the platform) we can remove this dependency from all BT related tests and samples.
