Mikkel Jakobsen 93dc7e9b44 drivers: clock_control: mcux_mcg: add MCGOUTCLK define 
Add MCGOUTCLK define to kinetis_mcg.h to make it possible to
use \`<&mcg KINETIS_MCG_OUT_CLK>\` in device tree.
