Mariusz Skamra dd3cffcd20 Bluetooth: audio: Fix bt_audio_codec_cfg_get_chan_allocation_val return 
This fixes bt_audio_codec_cfg_get_chan_allocation_val return value that
shall be 0 in case of success.
